■About Reservation Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Changes and cancellations can’t be made online — please contact us by email or through our official LINE account.

■About Cancellation Fees
The following cancellation fees will apply for any canceled or rescheduled reservations:
- Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment: 100% of the treatment fee
- Same-day cancellations or changes: 100% of the treatment fee
- No-shows: 100% of the treatment fee
For those using a session ticket or pass:
- One session will be used for cancellations or changes within 24 hours.
Please note that repeated last-minute cancellations or changes may result in refusal of future reservations.
■About Late Arrivals and Arrival Time
- If you are going to be late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible once you realize there may be a delay.
- Please note that if you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened. In such cases, the full fee for the reserved service will still be charged.
- We do not have a waiting area, so please avoid arriving too early.
- If we are unable to reach you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, your reservation will be treated as a no-show.
- Please note that repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future reservations.
